Puget Sound Energy (PSE) partnered with with Pierce County and Washington e-commerce to offer a new Home program in Pierce County called Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate

What does that mean?

If you live in Pierce County and currently heat with either natural gas or electric resistive heat, and your electric provider is Puget Sound Energy (PSE), you may qualify for:

$5,000 Instant HEAR Rebate
Up to $600 Mid-stream Instant Rebate
Up to $2,600 IRA Inflation Reduction Act tax credit (check with your tax professional)
Up to $1,900 Carrier Cool Cash instant rebate

That’s over $10,000 in Savings!

Plus, low-payment 10-year financing available.

All Seasons recently replaced my furnace with a high efficiency Carrier Infinity unit and multi-stage AC with multi-zone control. Having received quotes from 1/2 a dozen other HVAC companies, I found All Seasons quote/estimate to be very competitive and their sale rep Rick to be very knowledgable and personable. I was scheduled two weeks out and the install took 3 days due to the extensive work involved in retrofitting our existing ducting. The installers Nick and Jacob were very professional and polite as they worked in and out of our home. I was also please to see the owner Dave there to personally do the electrical install and oversee part of the install. They were all very skilled and knowledgable, patiently taking as much time as needed to answer my questions and address concerns. If you need a tune up or a repair to your furnace this is the place to go. I called them on a late Tuesday afternoon, inquiring about a tuneup for my gas furnace. They were able to set up an appointment for the next day, surprising since it was not an emergency. The technician, Keith was on time, polite and has a great deal of knowledge. My furnace was a little old(ok 20+ years is more than old) but still in good working condition. He was able to tune up and made it shine and run almost new.... [more]
