Most mobile homes already come with an electric furnace from the manufacturer. Coleman and Intertherm electric furnaces are commonly found. If you have an older mobile home, You may find a Wesco furnace. Wesco went out of business for over 35 years ago. Wesco parts are hard to find and you should consider a replacement. If you only convert your existing electric furnace to an energy saving heat pump, you cannot achieving a high efficient 9.0 HSPF. This is the minimum efficiency required by Tacoma Power for their Heat pump Rebate program. PSE requires a minimum of 8.5 HSPF.

Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF)

HSPF is like miles per gallon. It’s the average coefficient of how much heat you get for each watt of energy you consume. You pay by the watt. Therefore, the higher the HSPF, the lower your energy bill. A mobile home electric furnace is about 3.4 comparably, so a heat heat pump can deliver you 70% energy savings.

Mobile Home Heat Pump Rebate- Tacoma Power

We raise the bar for mobile homes in Tacoma- and for Tacoma Power customers.

Your Heat Pump must meet a minimum of 9 HSPF efficiency in order to quality for the rebate. We have an attractive 0% financing option, or $1,000 instant rebate available through Tacoma Power Heat Pump Project. As a preferred Tacoma Power Contractor, we do all the leg work for you, so we provide instant rebate savings. We take this instant rebate right off your invoice!

Mobile Home Heat Pump Rebate- Puget Sound Energy (PSE)

Do you own a manufactured or mobile home and currently burning away your money with an electric furnace? If you are a Puget Sound Energy Customer (PSE), receive a $2,400 instant rebate when we replace your old electric furnace with a new heat pump system. Your heat pump conversion only needs a minimum 8.5 HSPF efficiency to qualify.

All Seasons recently replaced my furnace with a high efficiency Carrier Infinity unit and multi-stage AC with multi-zone control. If you need a tune up or a repair to your furnace this is the place to go. I called them on a late Tuesday afternoon, inquiring about a tuneup for my gas furnace. They were able to set up an appointment for the next day, surprising since it was not an emergency. The technician, Keith was on time, polite and has a great deal of knowledge.
